8pm site time is actually a bit late for me to start on a weeknight, since that's 9pm for me. I can be here as early as 6pm site time. Smile Possibly even 5pm. Though if we go that early I will be eating dinner while we play, which is not totally ideal, but if it helps other people out then I'm ok doing that.

Why don't we try to gather at 5pm site time and do any planning that remains then launch the scene?
